Health P.E.I. says it is examining its policies after a patient at the Prince County Hospital in Summerside fell from a second-floor window.
“An incident happened where an individual fell from a window not found in a patient space on the second story of PCH,” a representative from Health P.E.I. told CBC News in an email Monday. “Measures have been taken to ensure windows in the building in the interim while a full review takes place.”
