“We have basements that have over a foot of water in them,” states Justin Clark, the co-owner of Steamatic, a restoration business on P.E.I. Source – cbc.ca

Some foundation walls have succumbed due to water damage, Clark stated. He stated that the water had nowhere else to go in some cases but basements with the ground still surrounded by ice.

Clark is still attempting to catch up with calls from Friday. He stated there could be a bit of a wait, but he’s trying to get to consumers fast.
